Located on Rua Filipe Folque, a central and well-established area of Lisbon, the intervention brings together two existing buildings, one of which is notably older and highly emblematic, carrying a strong architectural identity.

The architectural project is by APP Arquitectos, who approach the development through a careful balance between preservation and transformation, respecting the character of both structures while adapting them to contemporary residential use. Interior design is by Filipa de Abreu, whose work introduces a refined and understated layer that complements the architecture and reinforces the sense of continuity throughout the spaces.

Our visualisation work focused on conveying this dialogue between the two buildings, highlighting their distinct identities while presenting them as a cohesive whole, and showcasing the elegance with which old and new coexist within the project
